Solution:
Through understanding the needs of the Client, BEC were able to tailor a managed services solution based on single monthly payments that addressed all of the problems the Housing Association was experiencing.
The managed services solution included a complete workstation and server 'roll out' program within the first year together with monthly engineering visits to ensure continuous support was provided.
The solution we provided gave the Housing Association the benefit of no unscheduled invoices and all costs incorporated into a single monthly payment.
