BEC will maintain all aspects of your organisation's IT Network.
At BEC we strive to deliver the highest levels of support for all our clients' networks. This involves consistent monitoring to ensure continuity of resilient networks to allow the management team in our clients businesses to concentrate on their core business issues.
To achieve this aim we provide support in two key areas:
- Remote support desk
During business hours our support desk is manned by at least two technicians allowing us to guarantee a maximum response time of one hour to all logged problems.
- Field support
If problems can not be solved via our remote desk, our field technicians will deliver a rapid response in terms of a visit to site. We guarantee all critical issues are answered within a four hour call out. - Scheduled Maintenance Visit
To avoid an urgent call out occurring we highly recommend a monthly scheduled visit, complementing the remote desk, enhancing a stable network environment and dealing with the day to day duties.
